What type of hair do you sell? We provide 100% top-tier virgin hair. Our bundles are full from root to tip, with cuticles aligned to prevent tangling and excessive shedding.

How many bundles do I need for a full sew-in?

  • 12”–16”: 2–3 bundles

  • 18”–24”: 3 bundles

  • 26” and longer: 4+ bundles

  • Note: If you are using a closure or frontal, 3 bundles are usually sufficient for most lengths.

Can the hair be bleached or dyed? Yes! Since our hair is 100% human hair, it can be bleached or dyed any color. However, we highly recommend having a professional stylist perform chemical services to maintain the integrity of the hair.


Shipping & Tracking

How long is processing and shipping?

  • Processing: 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS/FedEx (depending on your location). or unless different shipping method is picked.

  • During sales or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via the email address used at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Do you offer local pickup? Yes, we offer pickup in Houston, TX. If not located in Houston currently, we are online to ensure the fastest delivery to all customers in every state, city, and country.


Maintenance & Longevity

How long will my SlayWay bundles last? With proper care (regular washing, conditioning, and using heat protectant), our bundles can last 1–2 years or more.

What products should I use? We recommend sulfate-free shampoos and moisturizing conditioners. Avoid heavy oils or excessive products that can cause buildup and weigh the hair down.

Can I swim with this hair? Yes, but we suggest wearing a swim cap or washing the hair immediately after swimming in chlorine or salt water to prevent dryness.


Orders & Returns

Can I change my address after ordering? To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we only ship to the billing address associated with your payment method. Please ensure your information is correct before submitting.

What if my package is lost or stolen? Thee SlayWay Bundles LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
