Refund Policy

At Thee SlayWay Bundles LLC, we take pride in the quality of our hair. Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, we maintain strict guidelines regarding returns and cancellations.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Process: To cancel, please email ceo@theeslaywaybundles.com [Your Email Address] with your order number and "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.

  • Post-Processing: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, all hair extensions, lace systems, and wigs are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect length/texture ordered (please double-check your cart!).

  • Hair that has been unrolled, brushed, washed, colored, or installed.

The "Zip-Tie" Rule: If the security seal or zip-tie holding the bundle together has been cut or tampered with, the item is ineligible for any form of return or exchange, no exceptions.

3. Damages & Issues

We inspect every bundle before it leaves our hands. However, if you receive a defective item or the wrong order:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The hair must remain in its original packaging and original condition.

  • Please provide photos of the defect and your packing slip to [Your Email Address].

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a return is approved by our team and or owner due to an error on our part:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping & Lost Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

  • Thee SlayWay Bundles LLC is not responsible for late deliveries or lost/stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend adding Route Protection or signature confirmation for high-value orders.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO returns or refunds offered UNLESS offered by Thee SlayWay CEO herself if past the cancellation timeframe.
